Although this recipe is ridiculously simple, the final product is packed with tons of flavor. Even better, for a dip in particular, it’s super healthy. My black bean hummus has definitely become my snacking go-to over the years.

What you’ll need:

  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. crushed fresh garlic
  • 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • Sriracha to taste
  • Sea salt to taste

What you’ll do:

  • Drain the liquid from the cans
  • Combine all ingredients in a blender
  • Blend until smooth
  • Spoon into a serving dish

One of the best parts about this dip is its versatility. It pairs perfectly with a number of dippers; some personal favorites include pita bread, tortilla chips, baby carrots, red peppers, and cucumbers.
